Q:  How do I know the DVD will work in my player?
A:  Supply us with the make and model number of your DVD player and we will create a DVD that works in your player.  All DVD's are created on either -R or +R formats. 

• Sony, Philips, HP and Ricoh support the +R format;
• Panasonic, Toshiba, Hitachi, Pioneer, Samsung and Sharp support the -R format.

Q:  Do I need to own the music I want in my slide-show?
A:  Yes, due to copyright laws all music must be owned by you.  Supply us with the cd and all music will be returned to you at the end of the project.  We can provide royalty-free music if you do not have your own music in mind.

Q:  Do you do photo restorations?
A:  We will do minimal photo restorations such as removing red eye, lightening, etc.

Q:  Do you accept photos in frames?
A:  We do not accept photos in frames.  We accept digital photos, photographs, slides or photos in slip-in, slip-out photo albums.

Q:  How long does a slide-show take?
A:  The process will take from 7-14 business days, depending on the length of the show.

Q:  I have so many photos, how do I choose which ones to use?
A.  Choose the best quality photos you have.  Also keep in mind horizontal photos fit better on the screen; vertical photos will have black bars on both sides.
